Three years ago we purchased this home in West Columbia, SC. After many renovations and life changes, we're moving and are selling 103 Longview. Living Room

The living room is a comfortable place to relax. In cooler months, you can build a fire in the fireplace. The door leads to our backyard. View more images of our yard by clicking here or reading further on this page.

Kitchen

Granite countertops, a deep stainless steel sink, and plenty of natural light make this a great kitchen. A breakfast area adds to the space.
Although you cannot see it from these photos, this room also includes a laundry closet and a pantry closet.

Dining Room

Our dining room connects the foyer to the kitchen.

Master Bedroom

Our master bedroom has a large picture window that allows in natural light. A king-sized bed comfortably fits into the room, along with two bedside tables and a dresser. The two doors lead to a bathroom (left) and walk-in closet (right).
The tub in the master bathroom has white tile walls.
The vanity, sink, and faucet, as well as the lighting fixture and exhaust fan are new.
The walk-in closet features two sides of built-in shelving and space for hanging clothes.

Bedrooms

Although we have two small children, the bedrooms have neutral paint. Prior to having children, we used one of these rooms as the guest bedroom (with a queen bed and large dresser); the other served as an office. Lighting fixtures and blinds are new.

Hall Bathroom

The tub in the bathroom is cast-iron enamel with khaki-colored tiled walls. The vanity, sink, and faucet are new, as are the lighting fixture and exhaust fan.

Bonus Room

Upstairs is a 379 square foot bonus room. This space is cooled and heated with a separate wall mounted unit, which is very efficient. We use this area as guest bedroom, office, playroom, and craft space.

Backyard

The fenced-in backyard is landscaped with Zoysia turf grass and low maintenance plants. An irrigation system with a timer, drip lines and sprinklers keeps everything beautiful. You'll enjoy the privacy of this space, which is perfect for entertaining, providing a play space for children, or your own retreat.
